Commemorating the 60th anniversary of Dr. King's "I Have A Dream" Sermon
Martin Luther King Republicans will host the 15th annual
DreamKeepers' Dinner & Worship Service.
Please join the Martin Luther King Republicans for our 15th annual DreamKeepers' Dinner on August 26th and Worship Service on August 27th. Each year we serve a commemorative meal in honor of the 1963 March on Washington with reflections on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s most prophetic sermon, I Have A Dream, and recognize individuals and groups embracing Rev. King's vision, upholding the principles of nonviolence, and inspiring the next generation. We will also worship together at New Canaan Land Baptist Church the following Sunday because Reverend King taught us that our work is that of The Father and that HE is the one to be Most Celebrated.
This year's theme is A Table of Harmony: Celebrating 60 Years of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 'I Have a Dream' Sermon through Nonviolent Principles. Our special invited guest is Jack Brewer, The Brewer Group and Chairman of AFPI's Center for Opportunity. Attendees will delight in DINNER with enlightening ENTERTAINMENT and an OPEN BAR with a spectacular view of downtown Chicago.
This dinner and worship event is a part of our 15-Year Celebration. We will be hosting this intimate affair at the Trump International Hotel and Towers-Chicago on August 26th, beginning at 5 pm, and on August 27th, we will attend the 11 am service at New Canaan Land Baptist Church in Englewood. There is limited space so get your ticket soon. Please consider placing a message in our commemorative booklet that Tillman Family Press will publish.
