Heritage Action- Brake Test the Biden Admin Biden Admin is coming for your gas car. It’s time to start your activism engines before he takes them away. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a proposed regulation that would require electric-vehicles to be 67% of all new cars sold by 2032 - a massive jump from the 6% levels they are at now. This proposed regulation is legally required to be subject to a period of public comments. Every comment submitted before the July 5th deadline must receive a written response before the regulation can be put in place. If the Biden administration fails to adequately address concerns, it can delay or stop the rule from going into effect. >>>Submit a Comment<<< This regulation will have extreme negative consequences for American consumers. Not only does it violate basic free market principles by exercising extreme government favoritism, but it would also:
Increase the cost of new cars
Increase the cost and time of recharging
Increase the cost of used cars
Reduce the average distance a car can travel
Benefit China over America as 80% of EV batteries are made by Chinese companies

America First Works ask "Is the government being weaponized against you? Wednesday June 21st, John Durham testified on his special report regarding the shocking revelations of the origins of the Russia collusion investigation. He found corruption at the highest levels of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as they launched an investigation into the Trump campaign in 2016 without any actual evidence of what was claimed. This is not the first time; the corrupt FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) have been weaponized against Americans. In fact, we are seeing that two-tiered justice system play out today. Just yesterday, it was announced that Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, will face no jail time for tax and gun crimes that otherwise would have led to jail time for any other American. Compare that to the Biden DOJ failing to investigate/protect crisis pregnancy centers from being graffitied and firebombed, targeting parents at school board meetings by labeling them as “domestic terrorists,” arresting a pro-life citizen for protesting outside an abortion clinic, and just last week, indicting former President Donald J. Trump. These actions are UNACCEPTABLE! In America, we do not weaponize the government against political opponents. That is what dictators do!
